Matthew Lemak

Matthew Thomas Lemak currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Lemak Health, a Center of Excellence in orthopedics and sports medicine. Mr. Lemak is responsible for overseeing the daily operations including business development, practice management, and strategic planning. With over 10 year’s healthcare management experience, Mr. Lemak has been instrumental in the company’s nationally recognized success and growth.

Additionally, Mr. Lemak also serves as the Chief Executive Officer for The Lemak Group of Companies, a leader in capital management and boutique investments in Birmingham.

Mr. Lemak currently serves on numerous corporate boards and as an advisor.

Mr. Lemak is married to the former Kathryn Gwaltney and they have two daughters, Merus and Emory. Mr. Lemak spends his free time with his family and his Golden Retriever, Hobbs.  He also enjoys traveling, boating and is an avid wine connoisseur.

Jack Darnell

A Resident of Birmingham, Alabama, Mr. Darnall serves as the Regional President at Brasfield & Gorrie having 29 years of healthcare construction experience. Jack serves on the Birmingham Jefferson County Transit Authority, Magic Moments Board and is a former member of the Mountain Brook Zoning Board. He was selected for the Leadership Birmingham Class of 2010 and is a member of the Rotary Club.

Justin Kaplan

A Resident of Birmingham, Alabama, Mr. Kaplan serves as the Vice President of Operations and General Counsel of Schaeffer Eye Center. Schaeffer Eye Care Center has been Alabama’s leader in vision care for more than twenty-five years and has fifteen different locations. He currently serves on several other Birmingham non-profit based boards. He is married to the former Brooke Schaeffer and they have two daughters.

A resident of Birmingham, Alabama, Mr. Lee is the 4th Generation of his family to become CEO and President of Buffalo Rock Company. He has been at Buffalo Rock since 1971 and took over as CEO in 2004. Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, The Buffalo Rock Company is one of the nation’s largest single-family privately owned Pepsi-Cola bottlers. Today it operates 14 distribution centers in Alabama, Florida and Georgia, servicing a population of more than 6.5 million.
